It is easy to take for granted all of the things in your home that offer convenience, security and comfort. We know when these things break your home life can be disrupted! Home systems protection coverage is an additional coverage that can be added to most home insurance policies. This will provide coverage for costly repairs to such systems as your heating, air conditioning, electrical panel, hot water heater, well pumps and other built in home equipment.

Here are a few examples of when clients have utilized this coverage!

Faulty water pump caused boiler to fire without adding water. This resulted in the boiler cracking and required boiler replacement. New boiler expense: $6300

Built in double oven required replacement due to broken electronic controls. Replacement oven: $3750

Emergency generator suffered and electrical winding failure. Repair and reinstallation: $4500

Air conditioning unit stopped working. Compressor motor shorted. Cost to replace compressor : $2040
