Here’s how it works!
Once your client has executed their Purchase and Sales Agreement, we know the count down to closing begins and your client needs insurance. As a member of our Preferred Partner Program, you just send over the Property’s MLS listing sheet and the enclosed Client Information Sheet to our dedicated email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our Preferred Partner Team receives this information, our insurance solution and quote process begins.
Your client will receive an introduction email from our office, and our Preferred Partner Team will deliver our insurance solutions to your client on an expedited basis. Once a proposal is sent to the client, you will be notified that they have a quote in hand to review. Another email is sent to you when the binder is issued so you know that the insurance piece is complete.
