This week’s crazy weather reminds us to once again urge our clients to review their property insurance limits!
With so many of our homeowners taking on home renovations projects in that past year, we hope they all remember to check in with us on the limit of their insurance.

Check out these remodel cost estimates that local builders shared with us.
Low-end kitchen remodel $15,000 – $30,000
High –end kitchen remodel Starting $65,000
Low- end bathroom remodel $15,000 – $30,000
High –end Bathroom Starting – $50,000

Now you may say those numbers are crazy and you can get your work done for less. If that is the case that is excellent for you.
If your home is damaged and you need to rebuild as soon as possible you may not get your great pricing on your project.
When you have a moment please take a look at the limit of insurance you have on your home or check in with us we will be happy to review this with you.
The question is Could you rebuild your home for that ?
We have not been to your house so we really can’t answer that question for you!
In closing in 2019 at our house we added a bathroom in our older house. My husband was amazed and a bit grumpy that the cost was $70,000. Of course now he says , “Why didn’t we do this years ago?”
