Water Backup and Sewer Claims

While most home insurance clients are very focused on protecting against a loss from theft or fire, too many clients are ignoring the threat of water damage caused by the backup of sewer or drains.

In Massachusetts, there are many areas in our state where sewer systems are over 85 years old, and other areas where heavy development has put a strain on sewer systems.
